Glendale Terrace / Marigold Road Proposed Development

A 14-townhouse development has been proposed on the northern wooded side of Marigold Road.

The current proposal includes 14 townhouses and 35 parking spaces. Vehicular access to and from the development would be through Glen Oak Ave and Pillsbury Place, with traffic exiting onto B&A Boulevard.

A community meeting has been scheduled, and we are asking neighbors to please attend the meeting to voice any concerns you may have or to ask questions.

This meeting is a pre-submittal community meeting. At this time, no formal development application has been submitted to Anne Arundel County.

The meeting will include both an in-person and a virtual option.
We strongly encourage neighbors to attend in person if possible.

Why haven’t I been notified?

Anne Arundel County notification requirements are limited to property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed development site.

Because of this limited notification area, most nearby residents will not receive mailed notices, even though they are part of the surrounding neighborhood and may be affected.

Background

Residents first received notice of the proposed project last summer. The current proposal reflects changes to a previous site plan that was larger in scale.
